RoamsNotes is designed to minimize personal data collection. Most tool inputs, such as topic, format, budget, and priority, are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

Email signup

Some tools offer an optional email signup, for example the Psychic Reader Matcher. If you choose to sign up:

  • What we collect: your email address and your consent to receive email.
  • Why: to send the match or checklist you asked for. We do not sell your email.
  • Where it goes: to the email service provider configured on the site at the time you sign up.
  • How to stop: every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to delete your address.

We use analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) to understand site performance. Some links go to third-party marketplaces such as Fiverr through our redirect pages. These pages may set cookies or record clicks under the marketplace’s own terms. Commissions are paid by the marketplace and do not change the content or the price you see.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time, and page requested, for security and performance. These logs are not used to identify you.
